Symptom
There is successful outlook integration established, when the email is sent to the interviewer, the "From" address in the email is shown as the one in the service account email used for the integration.
Is there any possibility in changing this From address in the email received by the interviewer.

Reproducing the Issue
- Recruiting>>Interview scheduling >> schedule an interview for a candidate(book the time slot and trigger email)
- Observe the Calendar invite is sent to interviewer however the "From" address is shown as the email id which is configured as the Service Account email and not as the person who is scheduling interview.
Resolution
Currently it's expected that this email to the interviewer is received as "From" address being service account. And its currently not possible to change this.
However, you can check to configure the return email address so that when the interviewers tries to reply then this will be addressing the email configured in return email address in Manage recruiting settings.
