3593514 - Link Opportunities and Predecessor Leads Through the Data Workbench Not Working

You are trying to link Opportunities and Predecessor Leads Through the Data Workbench and receiving the error message "The server has not found any resource matching the Data Services Request URI."

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Log in the system C4C.
2. Go to Data Workbench center.
3. Select Import.
4. Select Individual Object.
5. Select operation: update.
6. check the "Known IDs" box.
7. Use the template Opportunity Preceding and Follow-Up Documents.
8. Upload the document.
9. Go to Monitor.

Once a lead is converted, its lifecycle ends, and it generates a new document (Opportunity, Account, or both Account and Contact). After this conversion, the lead cannot be modified and updates to a converted lead will not succeed.

This behavior is a standard part of the system and cannot be changed.
