3593559 - Issue with Missing Password Information in Email Notifications for Access Requests

Symptom

  • The primary symptom is the inability to view password information in the email notifications triggered by the system.
  • This issue is particularly prevalent in the creation of new users and the assignment of roles.
  • The problem is observed across different plugin systems connected to the GRC system, with the exception of Solman system where the password is visible in the notification sent to the user.
  • No missing authorizations were identified for RFC users used for the connection between all systems and for SAP_WFRT user, which sends the notification to everyone.
