3593581 - Unable to see all clients in target system when defining the Deployment's System Group > Systems - Cloud ALM

• Set up a test landscape of various clients on one on-premise system
• Want to set up Cloud ALM deployment and change management (CDM) for this landscape
• Followed First steps to work with SAP Cloud ALM Deployment ... - SAP Community
• All looks fine on the managed system side, but the target systems (Test, Quality & Production) clients are not available in Cloud ALM, so I cannot assign them to the System Group -> other clients for the same system are visible 
• While creating the Deployment Plan > System Group, under quality, the quality client 100 is not visible, it appears only client 000. 
• Missing system and/or client in drop down creation of Deployment Landscape's System Groups > System definition
