Symptom

AS Java core applications (NWA, UserAdmin) fails with authorization issue. On the administration user interfaces (UI):

  • User is unable to login and gets an error "user authentication failed"
  • User authentication fails with no error
  • 500 internal server error when launching http://<host>:<port>/useradmin
  • Any other issue occurs.
