3593632 - Missing attachment in profile after Onboarding user workflow in approved from SuccessFactors Employee Central

Upon hiring or rehiring an employee through Onboarding, the attachment does not create in Employee Central profile when a workflow is used.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Manage Pending Hires

1. Add New Hire to Onboarding.
2. Complete the Personal Data Collection step with the attachment added.
3. Complete the Pending Hire.
4. Approve the Workflow.
5. Go into the employee profile, under Job Information, the field attachment is found empty.

This is a Known Issue.

• The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2025 release (b2505).

• Workaround: either upload the document manually after hiring or avoid using the workflow in the process.
