3593649 - tRFCs stuck after SAP Kernel upgrade

Symptom

  • In SM58, it is perceived that tRFCs which point to a PI/PO system are stuck with status "Transaction executing";
  • When performing a connection test on the SM59 destination that points to PI/PO, the error "timeout during allocate of registered program" occurs;
  • The issue started after applying the SAP Kernel of SAP Note 3562445 - GW, CPIC: JCo/NCo hang in the LISTEN3 function on the PI/PO system.
