3593803 - When clicking on 'Evaluate readiness' from the succession organization chart ,the role specific competencies are not displayed in the form

Symptom

When you click on "Evaluate readiness" and launch the form from the succession org chart, Role specific competencies are not picked up in the form

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

Reproducing the Issue

Go to succession org chart >> select any user who has a successor
Under Readiness, choose "Evaluate Readiness" and launch the form
You can observe, the listed competencies are not based on the job role associated with the position's job code:

Cause

This issue happens when the 'Enable the latest version of the My Forms page' checkbox is enabled on the 'Performance management feature settings' page.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed through patch PTCH-46255, 2505p1 on 22-Apr-25 for Preview Instance.

Workaround:

Disable the checkbox ‘Enable the latest version of the My Forms page' on the 'Performance management feature settings' page.
