When trying to install a new SAP system by using SWPM tool, face below error:

Execution of the command "rsecssfx\rsecssfx.exe generatekey <keyID> -getPlainValueToConsole finished with return code -1073741515

Manually execute below command from OS level: 

<sapinst_instdir>\INSTALL\STD\ABAP\rsecssfx\rsecssfx.exe -v 

The execution result would show:

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR120.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

(Note: MSCCR120.dll is used as an example. In real situation, the detailed ".dll" file name could be different.)
