3593841 - Skip the master data pre-checks in allocation runs within the Margin Analysis - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Slow performance or short dump in the allocation run within the Margin Analysis due to master data check of all potential segments.

As part of an allocation run in margin analysis, a check exists that validates all master data combinations within a given cycle and its segments. The check can lead to slow performance if the combinations within the cycle and segments are broadly defined. 

As introduced in Run Allocations | SAP Help Portal, enable the feature toggle FCO_UA_SKIP_MASTER_DATA_CHECK to skip that check. 

This toggle can have two states:

• Deactivated - default state. Master data check is performed for all allocation runs.
• Activated - has to be activated by customer. Master data check is skipped but only for Margin Analysis cycles of type Overhead/Distribution. If the check is skipped, there will be a corresponding information message about it in Allocation Results app in the run detail, tab Messages.
• This toggle will not impact run processing, just some additional heavy checks of objects in cycle combinations will be skipped.

This toggle is reversible which means it can switch it back and forth according to the needs.
