3593876 - POs are not displayed in app Reconcile GR/IR Accounts

In app Reconcile GR/IR Accounts, not all Purchase Orders can be displayed, some PO cannot be found in this app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Standard behavior. The app only shows open item for GR/IR accounts. If the G/L account is not set up for open item management, clearing is not possible.

Check OIM of affected GL accounts in app Manage G/L Account Master Data.

Only Purchase Orders for which there are open FI items existing, can be displayed in app Reconcile GR/IR Accounts.

For POs with no FI items, reconciliation is not necessary.
