3593927 - Growth Portfolio Team View: Proficiency Gap Indicator is irrespective of the Proficiency Rating Scale steps

• In the Growth Portfolio Team View, the proficiency gap indicator does not accurately reflect the proficiency scale steps. 
• The Gap indicator is always based on a 5 point rating scale.
• The proficiency gap indicator displays 5 boxes irrespective of the rating scale implemented.

1. Log in to the system 
2. Navigate to Growth Portfolio - Team View.
3. Add people to view in Growth Portfolio.
4. Select proficiency gap and view data against rated skills to observe the proficiency gap indicator boxes.
5. If the Proficiency Rating scale is different from a 5 steps scale, then the Gaps will not reflect the exact numerical difference between the expected and real rating.

This is a known error. 

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release (b2511).
