Symptom

  • "Exception raised : com.businessobjects.sdk.core.CoreException" error when scheduling web Intelligence document.
  • Some times other error : Error "An internal error occured while calling 'getPages' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)(WIS 30270)" 
  • No issue when refreshing manually the document.
