Symptom

  • A requirement to extract the userInfo object as part of the account profile in SAP Customer Data Cloud was encountered.
  • The datasource.lookup.gigya.account and datasource.read.gigya.account steps in the dataflow were found to use the account.search API call, which does not return the userInfo object.
