Symptom
The data displayed under the "View Job" section in the "Manage My Data" quick action differs between the mobile app and desktop version. The desktop version shows the correct data, while the mobile app displays incorrect information.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
- SAP SuccessFactors Mobile
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to instance via desktop.
- Select “View job” under “Manage my data” in Homepage.
- Login to instance via mobile SuccessFactors application.
- Select “View job” under “Manage my data” in Homepage.
Resolution
The issue will be resolved in 1H 2505 release.
Both IOS and Android sync the behaviour with web, which is
1. For view case, show "-" if the date is nil;
2. For change case, show medium local format if the date is nil, (for example, "MMM d, yyyy" for en_US locale)
