3594230 - Email Received is Blank or Missing Content

The email containing the Interaction Block does not render the block at all. All associated texts, paragraphs, and personalized attributes within the block are missing. As a result, the email appears completely blank.

• SAP Marketing OnPremise starting with Release 2020

1. Create an email using an Interaction Block in the content studio.
2. Assign an Interaction and use this email in the campaign.
3. Observe that the email triggered does not show this content.

The Interaction Block in the email content is specifically designed for product-related interactions (e.g., Abandoned Shopping Cart).

If the selected interaction has no associated products, the block content will not be rendered in the email.

As a result, any text, attributes, or paragraphs within the block will be omitted, leading to a blank section or potentially a blank email.

Currently, only interaction types with associated products (e.g., Shopping Cart interactions) are supported in the Interaction Block of email content.

Interaction types that do not include products or have different sub-objects (such as Offers etc.) are not supported at this time.
