Symptom
- Unable to grant partner S-users ID case management authorizations
- The S-user ID is indeed the Cloud Administrator for the installations needed, and the S-user ID is on the list of My Important Contacts, but still not able to access Manage Service Partner Users.
- Error message 'You do not have sufficient authorizations to access this application. In order to continue, a Cloud administrator role is required. To receive this role, please send a request to your company's Super or Cloud Administrator.'
