Symptom
There is an error for Java Application Server "ICM for Internal WS Access" when saving in Step "Define HTTP Connectivity" in SAP Solution Manager 7.2
- ICM for intern. Web Serv. access: logical port check failed - CO_DIAG_WILY_WS_MANAGED_SETUP using http://<Java_host>:<port>
SoapFaultCode:4 [sap.com/tc~smd~managedsetup_ws->WilyAbstractWSMethod] Access Forbidden. - There is an error message in JAVA default trace at the address "/usr/sap/<SID>/<instance>j2ee/cluster/server0/log/default trace (latest)"
