3594353 - “CRL is outdated” causing SWPM cannot read kernel files

Symptom

When trying to install a new SAP system using SWPM, provided the correct package path of kernel files in the "Software Package Browser" step.

Although the package path and all kernel files are valid, SWPM does not accept the files. All detected packages are with "Still missing" status.

Checking sapinst_dev.log, found below message:

Detail: CRL is outdated (CurrentTime>CRL.nextUpdate)
CRL outdated. Download and use CRL from https://tcs.mysap.com/crl/crlbag.p7s

Environment

SAP AS ABAP system.
