3594438 - Issue with Uploading App to App Store using BTP SDK due to Missing dSYM Files

Symptom

  • Error is encountered when trying to upload an iOS application to the Apple App Store:
    "Upload Symbols Failed. The archive did not include a dSYM for the SAPOData.framework with the UUIDs"
    "Ensure that the archive's dSYM folder includes a DWARF file for SAPOData.framework with the expected UUIDs."
  • It is noted that Apple has made dSYM (Debug Symbols) files mandatory for all App Store submissions starting April 2024.
  • The dSYM file is not visible inside the frameworks.
