Symptom
- In the Talent Intelligence Hub, certain competencies display mapped behaviors in a non-logical order.
- The order is not alphabetical.
- The order is not based on the ID.
- The order is not based on the External ID.
- Performance Management forms copy this order from TIH to the forms.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub
- Select Attributes > Search an attribute and check mapped behaviors of a competency.
- Look at the order of the Behaviors
- There is no way of changing it, no matter how you map them.

Expected behaviour.
Resolution
Expected behaviour.
The behaviors are retrieved from EAS API, and the response is not sorted in any order.
