3594558 - Error in Activating Scenario SAP_COM_0256

• An error message "Scenario SAP_COM_0256 can only be activated via a special request to SAP" is encountered while creating a communication arrangement.
• The issue arises even when scope id 2YM is already activated in the system.

1. Attempt to create a communication arrangement in the system.
2. Encounter the error message "Scenario SAP_COM_0256 can only be activated via a special request to SAP".

1. The expert configuration is the prerequisite to activate the communication arrangement SAP_COM_0256. Otherwise, the communication arrangement will not be activated successfully.
2. To save the expert configuration, ensure that a change request is active in the system.
3. Hence now to achieve this you will have to go for expert configuration, this request should be coordinated with your PE/CEE/CSM (Product Expert, Customer Engagement Executive, or Customer Success Manager), then after the approval the expert configuration team can proceed according to the requirement.
