Symptom

There are inactive CDS views  for the following ABAP Dictionary objects.

Object Type Object Name

FGL_BCF_ALLB
FGL_BCF_ALLB10
FGL_BCF_ALLP
FGL_BCF_ALLP10

It's not possible to activate these inactive runtime objects using transaction SE11
