3594670 - Error While Creating KPI Tile: Uncaught ReferenceError - sPackage is Not Defined

• KPI Tile Creation Failed

• While creating the KPI Tile, at the very last steps in the creation process, there is a pop-up window named Add to Transport. Fill all the necessary fields, then click OK. Observe that the screen just hangs without any message.

• Then open Dev Tools (F12) -> navigate to Console tab -> Observe there is an error message every time clicking the OK button: 
  • "Uncaught ReferenceError - sPackage is Not Defined"

Note that:

At the 2nd point above, the pop-up window might show this message "The application is saved in open customizing request <customizing_request> of the KPI", this is not an error message.
