3594804 - Error Message Header Text shows "???COMMON_Err???" When Giving Badge To Contingent Worker

When giving badge to a contingent worker, there is an error message, but the header of the message and the text in the 'close' button shows invalid text.

1. In Latest People Profile, navigate to Spotlight of a contingent worker 
2. In the Add Badge to the employee -> Click on 'Give Badge'
3. The error message pop-up header has invalid text "???COMMON_Err???" and the 'Close' button shows text as "???COMMON_Close???.

• This is a Known defect.
• Engineering team is planning to fix the issue in 2H 2025 release, but not yet confirmed.
• This KBA will be updated once the fix date is confirmed.

NOTE:

• The error message is valid as giving badges to contingent workers is not supported as of 1H 2025 release. (Refer 3467734 - Spotlight and Profile Preview in Latest People Profile)
• The only issue is the invalid text in the header and close button of the error pop up.
