3594865 - Capacity ID (CRHD-KAPID) is initial although work center has capacity data

Symptom

Work center has capacity data maintained in Capacities tab. However, when checking work center header table CRHD, field capacity ID (CRHD-KAPID) remains initial value 00000000.
