3594973 - Error "Form Country/region can't be initial" in App "Process Defects"

While creating a Defect with app "Process Defects (F8046)", the Document Output cannot be generated with a warning "Form Country/region can't be initial".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a new defect in app "Process Defects".
2. Save the defect, and the system creates a document output.
3. The document output cannot be generated and gets stuck with a warning "Form Country/region can't be initial".

1. Go to the app "Manage Workforce" and search for the worker with CB User ID.
2. Click on the line to navigate to the details of the worker.
3. Switch to the personal data and save the data again.
4. Logon with CB user and check if the issue persists when the "Print" button in the "F8046" app is clicked.
5. The warning messages may persist if there are already output items which failed (Status "In Preparation). Please check whether the newly created item changes to status "Completed" and PDF was generated after refreshing the UI.
