3595002 - Extraction in Process Intelligence fails with 'Connect to SAP gateway failed' error

During my extraction run between Signavio Process Intelligence and my Private Cloud hosted source system, I receive the following error:

checking credentials: rejected. Reason: Initialization of destination SAP-1741803835 failed: Connect to SAP gateway failed Connection parameters...

In the On-Premise Extractor logs you will see similar to the below messages:

MM DD 00:00:01 ip-172-**-**-** systemd[1]: Stopping Extractor Service...

MM DD 00:00:01 ip-172-**-**-** bash[123456]: org.springframework.messaging.simp.stomp.ConnectionLostException: Connection closed

This means that there may be a cron job running on the system hosting your On-Prem Extractor that is disconnecting your Extractor from outside connections.

Identify and disable this cron job to allow stable connections with your On-Premise Extractor. Once completed, start a fresh extraction run in Process Intelligence.

If your issue persists, please check with your internal IT Team to ensure that there is not an issue with your DNS mapping configurations.
