Symptom
- Admin is unable to remove assigned items from user's learning plan via 'Manage Assignments'.
- After Admin removed assigned items from user's learning plan via 'Manage Assignments', the item still remains in user's learning plan.

Reproducing the Issue
- Admin logs into Learning administration and navigates to 'Manage Assignments', then clicks 'Remove Item'.
- Admin searches for the target user and item, then runs the job.
- Admin returns to the user's profile and checks the Assigned items tab.
- The item that was supposed to be removed still remains.
Cause
The issue arises when the admin did not select the correct version of the assigned item.
This often occurs when an item has multiple versions or different statuses (active and inactive).
Resolution
- Admin should first identify the target item version by checking the item revision date and status.
- When the admin is in the step of searching the target Item ID, it is suggested to set the 'Item Status' to 'Both' to showcase all item versions and status.
- Then, select the correct version of the item.
