3595194 - OData Datastore test connection fails in Cloud Integration for data services with HttpClientException or "BrokerClient TimedOut for Destination" error

Symptom

  • The connection test to an OData datastore fails in CI-DS with one of the following errors:
    • AdapterException: Unable to connect to <OData_Endpoint>. Error : Unable to connect to <OData_Endpoint>. Error : <OData_Endpoint>$metadataorg.apache.olingo.client.api.http.HttpClientException: <OData_Endpoint>$metadata
    • Timed Out, timeout : 250000 expired.. BrokerClient TimedOut for Destination : com.acta.adapter.Manager .
  • The OData endpoint requires Client Authentication.
