- Customer is requesting for a Database Restore
- It may take between 5-10 business days and will restore the Instance from within the past 30 days.
- When the restore process coincides with the SuccessFactors Product Release period, will the Database restore void the Release upgrade on the instance?

Resolution
No the Release will still push through and take effect to the Restored instance. The restore process will not affect the Release process during Release period. The instance will still be restored from its previous state but the Release version will be the latest.
