Story report filter with date range is not working for any Foundation Object but is working fine with filter As of Date

1. Go to Report Center
2. Select Story Report
3. See below screenshot

Example:

As an end user if I am showing multiple records in my report (such as movements) I want to show the related information as it was at that point in time for each record.

Note: When choosing the "Driving Table Start Date" the user needs to be given the option to select which table should act as the driving table. 

This is a known issue which our engineering team are currently working on a fix for.

• This KBA will be updated once we receive further information on the fix date. 
  You may request your CSM to monitor "FPA97-2654" to track the progress of the fix.

Functionality Required

• For any related tables when choosing the time filter "As of Date" there needs to be a new option "Driving Table Start Date". 

Current workaround:

• For the joining MDF objects , click on "Time Filter -> Remove filter"
