3595391 - Change number is not being displayed on pop-up window of button Effectivity Initial Screen in t-code CS02/CS03

Symptom

BOM item is changed with a change number. In t-code CS02/CS03, when selecting this BOM item and click on button Effectivity Initial Screen, the change number on BOM item is not being displayed in pop-up screen.
