3595430 - Valid To Date error message when creating allocation cycle

Error raised when entering a very future date, for example, 9999.12.31 as 'Valid To' when creating allocation cycle, 
error "Valid Date to be before year 2500, values after are not accepted"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

There's a new check implemented into validity fields, since there were some risks of errors with too wide ranges.

The maximum date has to set before 2500-01-01.

The valid to date has to set before 2500-01-01.
This is because of technical reasons interconnected and this behaviour in create dialogue is not a bug.
