3595455 - Liquidity Item not updated in Cash Flow Analyzer

Symptom

Liquidity Item for the Cash Flows is not updated in app Cash Flow Analyzer.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Go to app Cash Flow Analyzer.
Select the respective input fields.
Click on Go.
Select the cash flow item.

Cause

The liquidity items are not derived for line items that are already posted to ledgers.

Resolution

The following steps need to be followed to derive the liquidity items for the line items that are already posted to ledgers:

Go to app Schedule Job for Rebuild Tool for Liquidity Item.
Click on Create.

Select Job Template Rebuild Liquidity Items in Accounting Documents.

Go to Step 2.
Specify the Scheduling Options.

Go to Step 3.
Enter the respective Parameters.

Schedule the job.
Once the job Schedule Job Rebuild Liquidity Items in Accounting Documents is scheduled, the system populates the derived liquidity items data to the BSEG database table.
Go to app Schedule Jobs for Flow Builder.
Click on Create.

Select the job template Flow Builder.

Go to Step 2.
Specify the Scheduling Options.

Go to Step 3.
Enter the respective Parameters.

Schedule the job.
The records are updated from table BSEG to One Exposure from Operations hub (table FQM_FLOW) so the cash management apps can display the updated fields and the liquidity items are updated in Cash Flow Analyzer.
