3595519 - Sales Order Total is Zero When the Order is Fully Cancelled

Your have cancelled a sales order and notice the order total updates to Zero. However, you expect to see the document total even the order is cancelled.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Go to the Sales Orders view.
3. Open the sales order ABC. (ABC represents the ID of the sales order).
4. In the General tab, you maintain a reason for rejection, the order changes to completed status and you find the Total changes to Zero.

Cancelled sales order line is not considered in the document total. If the order is cancelled fully, then the document total updates to zero. 

And the cancelled sales order lines are not considered in the preview output.

This is the current system designed behavior.
