3595535 - Standard Hours and FTE Fields Default to Zero on Hire Page in SuccessFactors Employee Central

• On the Hire page, as soon as we navigate to the Job Information section, the Standard Hours and FTE fields are automatically defaulted to 0.
• It’s important to note that there are no onInit rules configured to set these field values to zero.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Add New Employee

1. Go to Add New Hire portlet.
2. Enter data in the initial sections.
3. Navigate to the Job Information section.
4. Do not select or modify any fields.
5. Observe that Standard Hours and FTE fields are defaulted to 0.

As per the current system behavior, if any onInit rules are defined in the Country-Specific Job Information element, all fields of type 'double', such as FTE and Standard Hours, are automatically defaulted to 0, even if the onInit rules do not explicitly set values for these fields.
