3595548 - Exclude WBS Hierarchy in t-code CJ45

Symptom

It is impossible to exclude the WBS hierarchy in t-code CJ45, business request is only calculate the actual overhead for WBS entered in the selection screen, not for WBS hierarchy.

Transaction CJ44 for the calculation of single Projects/WBS/Networks allows to exclude the hierarchy by de-selecting the checkbox 'With hierarchy'.
