3595656 - In Growth portfolio, attribute section header does not display translation in other locale

In Growth portfolio, attribute section header does not display translation in other locale, it always display the English plural forms regardless of instance language.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub

1. Log into the instance where the instance locale is set to a non-English language, for example, Japanese.
2. Navigate to the Growth Portfolio.
3. Observe that the attribute section header does not display the translation of the attribute type maintained in the instance language, for example, Japanese, but displays the English plural forms instead.
