3595667 - Unable to View Final Release Date in Process Purchase Requisitions Report in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• In the Process Purchase Requisitions application, the final release date for purchase requisitions is not visible.
• The release date for the first release is visible, but the final release date is not.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Process Purchase Requisitions application.
2. Select a purchase requisition to check the final release date.
3. The release date for the first release is visible under quantity tab but the final release date is not.

The issue is due to standard system configuration. The Release Date is calculated when the Purchase order is saved on the Purchase Requisition details are not dependent on the date performed in the release strategy (PR release approval date).

1. Understand that the Release Date specifies the date on which the Purchase order should be initiated based on the Purchase requisition details.
2. Note that the Release Date is calculated as follows: Delivery date minus GR processing time, planned delivery time, and purchasing processing time.
3. For viewing the final release date, use the CDS view for Purchase Requisition Release date, I_WorkflowStatusOverview key field SAPBUSINESSOBJECTNODEKEY1 = e.g 000000000 "PR number". The field completed At 'WRKFLWTSKCOMPLETIONUTCDATETIME' shows the actual completion date of the workflow.
