Symptom

When synchronizing employee data to Business Partner (BP) using the transaction /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE, an error message is triggered stating: "Enter a value for Field Authorization Group." This issue occurs even when the authorization group is present, resulting in failed synchronizations for several employee records.
