3595690 - Inability to View Observer Comments on SAP SuccessFactors Learning Mobile Application

• In the SAP SuccessFactors Learning mobile application, comments provided by observers cannot be viewed by the employees.
• This issue is present on both iOS and Android platforms.

1. An observer adds comments on the mobile application as part of task observation.
2. Employees attempt to view these comments on the mobile application but are unable to do so.

• This feature is currently not available on the mobile application. The employees can only see the Observed & Completed status, but cannot see the comments made by observers.
