3595735 - 1H 2025 : LMS Proxy still shows legacy learning home page

After 1H 2025 release, when admin tried to proxy a user the legacy learning page shows up.

With the new feature Enhanced Proxy Access to the New Learning Experience as an admin, I should see the new learning experience, however I still see the legacy learning homepage

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2505 (1H 2025)

1. In Learning Administration page,
2. Navigate to People > Users > (find a user) > Actions > Launch Proxy
3. You see the proxy page in the legacy learning homepage

When you proxy into the user's account, you experience the application exactly as they do, including their configuration and security settings.

If the proxied user's preference has selected the off toggle for the new learning homepage, then you will see the legacy learning homepage.

See an example image below. If the proxied user has selected this toggle off, then you will see the legacy learning homepage for that user.

You can ask the user to turn on the toggle for the New Learning Experience in their learning homepage. It should allow the admin to proxy the user with the new learning homepage
