3595741 - Unavailability of Supplier Invoices Header/Line Item "Notes" in Monitoring Invoices Report

Symptom

In the Monitoring Invoices report, the system does not display any type of notes from the supplier invoice document.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics Work Center
  2. Go to Design Reports View
  3. Search for Monitoring Invoices report
  4. Click on report to open it
  5. Search with Invoice ID
  6. Navigate to View section
  7. In both Row fields and Column fields check for "Notes"
  8. No attribute found

Cause

Resolution

This is a system designed behavior. The "Notes" are not available for the "Monitoring Invoices" report. It is a new requirement. Kindly post the idea on influence forum - https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/886.
