3595764 - Purchasing Document by Material report release fields are empty

When running the APPs 'Purchasing Document by Material' (ME2M) or 'Purchasing Document by Supplier' (ME2L) the release fields, Release Strategy, Release Group and Release Status are empty.  

SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud Edition - All Versions 

1. Open the APP 'Purchasing Document by Material'
2. Enter selection criteria and press execute 
3. Change the layout to show the 'Release Group' and 'Release Status' fields
4. The fields are empty.   

Standard System Behaviour
The release fields in these reports, Release Group, Release Strategy, Release Indicator, Release Status reflected the 'Release Procedure' configuration values in older SAP releases. 

In S/4Hana the Release Procedure functionality has been replaced by flexible workflow.
In flexible workflow these fields are not relevant and are therefore no longer filled when a purchase order is saved.
