3595770 - How to enable checkbox "Don't include same file more than once" in Generate Document page - Quote 2.0

Symptom

Checkbox "Don't include same file more than once" is missing in document generation in quote 2.0.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter any quote
  2. Select "Generate Document"
  3. See checkbox is missing.

 

Cause

Toggle in setup, "Also Include Quote Items in Formula Evaluation" wasn't enabled.

Resolution

  1. Enter setup
  2. Go to Quotes
  3. Document Generation Template
  4. Tab "Additional content" 
  5. Enable toggle "Also Include Quote Items in Formula Evaluation".
