3595786 - Hire Date Correction - Business Rule Picking Up Values As 'Null' When Changing Hire Date To Before Original Hire Date

An employee has been hired with a hire date, e.g. 01/01/2025. However, the hire date needs to be changed to a date before that, e.g. 01/01/2024, so the Hire Date Correction tool is used. When the correction is processed, it fails because values which are required by business rules (which are configured to throw an error when they cannot process) on HRIS Elements (e.g. Job Info, Comp Info) are empty / null, and so those business rules throw error messages. Upon checking a rule trace, you can see that the values for those fields are seen as 'null' / empty even though they are populated on the employee's profile on their hire record.
