3595802 - 1H 2025 - Learning History cannot be downloaded

After the 1H 2025 (2505) Release, an error happens when downloading the report from the Learning History page:

Report the following error to your system administrator:

Missing CSRF token for URI query: /user/report/runLearningHistoryReportAction.do

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > access the Learning module >
2. Through the New Learning Experience or through the legacy UI, go to Learning History >
3. Click on 'Download' at the right upper corner >
4. Get the error.

This is a Known Error.
