3595804 - Unable to submit custom Onboarding/Offboarding Tasks after 1H 2025 Release

Post the 1H 2025 Preview release, we are unable to submit the custom tasks. The values within the dropdown of the fields within the custom task is not available. Users are also seeing error such as "User does not have view permission.."

• Post 1H 2025 Release, all the custom objects used for custom tasks and its associated Generic Objects should be secured. 

• This is a behaviour change introduced by the MDF Team as we've improved security and you'll only see relevant options in drop-downs, making it easier to find what you need and reducing the chance of errors. 
• If an MDF object is secured and you lack the necessary role-based permission, the drop down values for the same aren't visible.
• Once the custom objects associated with the custom task is configured as a secured object, you will have to ensure that the responsible user who is completing the custom task is granted the necessary custom object permission.

NOTE: Apart from the main custom task object, if there are any generic objects associated with the main custom object even these generic objects should be secured. 

• Similar to the custom task object, if there are any generic objects associated with the custom task, the secured generic object associated with the custom task object should also be permissioned to the responsible user who is completing the custom task.
