3595859 - Unable to select the Employees Consent Checkbox while completing Tax Form Number - Australia Compliance Form [Onboarding]

The Employee's consent statement checkbox is disabled in "Tax file Number Declaration" form employee's consent statement check box is disabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate Manual Onboarding and select company as AUS.
2. Complete the necessary Onboarding Activities like New Hire Data Review, Personal Data Collection, Custom Data Collection until the Compliance Forms are triggered
3. Login as External User and complete the Superannutation Form and open the Tax file Number Declaration 
4. Make sure all the mandatory fields are filled and when we try to check the Employee's Consent statement, the checkbox is disabled.

This is a Known Issue.

• Engineering Team has fixed the issue on the 15th of April, 2025. 
• If you have any in-flight candidates or any users are still unable to select the Employee's consent checkbox, please follow the below steps:
  Go to Compliance Settings > Australia
  Disable the "Tax Form Number Declaration"
  Refresh your page
  Enable the "Tax Form Number Declaration"
  
  
• Post re-enabling TFN toggle from Compliance Settings, you will be able to select the consent checkbox.
